User unable to open the PC editor .not all users only one user faceing the problem.

can any body tell what is the PC editor and use ?

what action i need to take in side and please tell me step by step.

It is a Text editor in R/3 similar to Word.

Starting the PC Editor Manually

Procedure

1. Choose Tools -> SAPscript ->Standard text.

The dialog window Standard text: Requests appears.

2. Choose Settings -> PC editor.

The dialog window SAPscript-Editor: Settings appear. If the line editor is marked, unmark it.

3. Choose Continue.

4. Enter a text name. Choose Standard text ® Create.

Result

The PC editor starts.

You use the PC Editor to enter and format texts and fields.

Features

Among others, the PC Editor offers the following functions:

Enter, delete, select, cut, and copy texts (see also Entering Text in the PC Editor).

Assign paragraph and character formats. The available formats appear in the list boxes Paragraph formats and Character formats. These list boxes also show the current paragraph and character format at the cursor position. To view overlapped character formats, choose Display Formats...

Include, change, and delete fields (see also Using Fields in the Form)

enter some script form name

display

select one of the windows

press on the pencil button(text elements)

the PC editor opens.

(make sure that you checked the second checkbox in the Settings of menu)
