Patch C52 to

We are trying to impliment sap patches in the R3 System and when we try to move that into the R3Q system we are getting some errors says

" Open data extraction requests.

This system has found a number of open data extraction requests. these should be processed before stating the object import process, as changes to DDIC structures should prevent data extraction requests from being read after the import, thus causing them to retrive. Call the customizing cockpit data extraction transaction and process all open extration requests."

any idea, what we have to do?

Looks like a basis thing rather than security

Have you checked with Basis guys? May be check the RFC connections.Check SAP notes if there are certain things which you are missing while applying patches
