Hi,

Using the code given below, the password will be masked in the selection screen.

parameters: p_user type sy-uname,

p_passwd(10) lower case.

at selection-screen output.

loop at screen.

if screen-name = 'P_PASSWD'.

screen-invisible = 1.

modify screen.

endif.

endloop.

START-OF-SELECTION.

WRITE : / 'Password Entered :' , p_passwd.

Hope this helps.

Refer the following links:

the important thing to not is that you have to make the field as invisible using dynamic screen modifications:

at selection-screen output.

loop at screen.

if screen-name = 'P_PWD'.

screen-invisible = 1.

modify screen.

ENDIF.

endloop.

Hi,

Navigate to SCREEN PAINTER and click on the field PASSWORD --- you`ll get the attributes / properties screen, in the display properties check 'INVISIBLE'. Then whatever you type in the PASSWORD field, it`ll appear as *****.

Try it, once u find success reward me the points.
