my company trying to set a password policy semi-annually, I know how to reset and unlock the password individually through su01. what t-code can I use in order to push that password reset policy out?

As you have imagined there actually is such a thing, and accordingly you can very easily search for it by using a term such as "validity", possibly in combination with "password" AND "parameter".

Other usefull search termns are "RSUSR200" and "idle"...

Please search first and then ask more specific questions once you have informed yourself with the already available information.
