Partner function RE VS BP

Hi all,

Please clarify the below doubt,

in 'vbap' table parnter function field PARVW is there,

when i enter the field value 'PARVW' as RE in table contents

values are displayed with RE, but when i double click on the records it is displayed as BP. can any one let me know the reason for it. When i check in the transaction 'VA03'. BP Is available. in this case where they mantain 'RE'.

similar case with sold to party like AG AND SP.

Using the Maintenance view it will be configured.

There is a path in SPRO check it once under partner , if you want it from SPRO.

RE = BP

RE is in german langauge

BP is english

Also,

WE = SH

RG= PY
