Page format unknown

Hello experts,

I did some changes to my Order Confirmation smartform and activated it.

Next, I open transactopn VA02 to test the output via a print preview.

Now, I get the error: "Page format 11 with orientation 1 unknown".

I checked and double checked my smartforms and it look fine to me.

Please advice.

Hi,

In the smartform, are you using any custom page format ? Under "Form Attributes" node and "Output options" tab you will find the page format.

For example the standard A4 format is DINA4

If you are using custom format, check if proper settings are maintained in TCODE SPAD

Hi,

If I check that, I see Page Format DINA4, Characters per inch: 20,00 and lines per inch: 6,00.

Output format: standard output.

This looks all good to me...
