Goto
SPAD
click on Full Administration.
now goto tab-> device types then select Page Formats
goto page formats menu and create new.

Transaction : SPAD
- Click on "Full administration"
- Go to tab "Device Type"
- Press Display Button corresponding to "Page formats"
- Here press "create new" button to create a new page format.

Using SPAD you can only choose from an existing format. To create a new page format check out:

Hi,
first go SPAD
--> full adminstration
-->then click the device type tab button
-->choose the paarticular formate
-->choose create

Hi,
Go to transaction SPAD. Click on full administration. press enter you will see all the associated printers on that server. Click find your printer on which you are going to print the script. Find the Dev. Type. Double click on dev type. You will see formats on the tool bar. Click on formats and here you can define formats. Define one and then put in the sap script in the basic administration/settings tab.
you can use se72 to create Paragraph and character formats..
