Package error from FM BAPI_ALM_ORDER_MAINTAIN

Hi Experts,

I m getting a error message ' Enter the package number' when i filled the table IT_OPERATION table with CONTROL_KEY = 'XX03' (service tab appears only for XX03) and corresponding seviceline data in IT_SERVICELINES.

Please help me how can i resolve this issue. Its in high priority. Please suggest.

the answer have a example code, he uses this bapi CALL FUNCTION 'BAPI_ALM_ORDER_GET_DETAIL to get the order details, one of them is the operations.

The example that you provided is for change the work order details. but i need to create new work order with service data. Please help me.
