Overlapping characters while printing

Hi,

We are in process of upgrade from 4.6c to ECC.Now we are in testing phase.

While we are testing sales order by giving printout,the characters are gettign overlapped.

But when we are checking print privew it is showing correcet but after giving printout the characters got overlapped.But if we check printout in 4.6c with same printer characters are not getting overlapped.It is giving correcr printout.Please someone help on this.

You need to change the printer font settings, Your BASIS guy can help u in a better way.

refreshed the buffer for printers by basis table
