I have careted a new report and displaying the o/p in ALV grid. Now, how to creat o/p grid varient. What is the procedure to create the alv varient.

Varient to a grid is a layout.

Run your report, adjust the layout to need, save the layout.

You can then force this layout from your program when calling the ALV Grid FM.
