Outbound interface

Hi everybody,

Can anyone provide me with a document or a link which gives a detailed explanation on how to implement an outbound interface or what exactly is an outbound interface(like what tools we use to implement it).

step 1 Go to SALE tcode create the logical system(create log system and assign client).

step 2 Go to sm59 create the rfc destination

step 3 Go to we21 create the port of type trfc and specify the destination mentioned in step2

step 4 Go to BD64 & Create the Distribution Model based on your business requirement & Generate the Partner Profile/

Step 5 Goto we20 and check the partner profile of type ls and partner number same as the one created in step1.

step 6 make assignments as mentioned in my first reply.

Whenever an order is created an idoc will be generated.

u can check it in we02.
