Outbound IDOC: Segment E1P1000 is missing in E1PLOGI for Basic type HRMD_A07 ?

Hi,

I am working on outbound IDOC.

Basic type : HRMD_A07

Extension : ZHRMD_A

Message type : HRMD_A

I am using the Tcode : PFAL to send the HR Master data from SAP using Outbound IDOC to the target system.

The other segments data is going to target system properly Ex : E1P0008,E1P0000,E1P0001,E1P0105.

But the issue is the employee position description ( exist in segment E1P1000 ) is not coming in the target system.

I have checked the IDOC, the whole segment E1P1000 is missing / does not exist in the main segment E1PLOGI.

Why the segment E1P1000 is missing / does not exist in the main segment E1PLOGI ?

In our case helped to change the basic type from HRMD_A07 to HRMD_A09.
