Hi,

Could you please elaborate??

If you mean how do you apply notes : then with the note number you have go to Transaction code : SNOTE , download the SAP note number by choosing the 7th button on the toolbar , give the note number , click execute=> this is apply the note if there are no DDIC objects.

Regards,

Narayani

Further information about manual allocation in CO (actual data):

You can still use Transactions KB11 - KB17 for batch input, if the available functions meet your requirements. However, the transactions are no longer developed further. This means that new functions, which can be used with the new Transactions KB11N - KB54N, are not made available for the old transactions (for example assignment to profitability segments or features of Fund Accounting).

To use Transactions KB11N - KB54N for batch input, implement Notes 770004 and 595329. See also Note 557820.

As of Release 4.70, you can use the BAPIs to manually repost costs and revenues, allocate activity and manual cost, and to enter statistical key figures or sender activities when using Transaction BATCHMAN. This new tool makes the use of the corresponding BAPIs easier, since only the import of data needs to be programmed by the customer using a BAdI. The tool logs the errors. (See IMG -> Controlling -> Cost Center Accounting -> Actual Postings -> Data Transfer from non-SAP systems).

Amit
