Hi PPL,

Can anybody explain me wat s an OSS Note and in which situation shud we

go for it and how do we apply an OSS Note.

I am new to SAP Development.Your advice would be of great help to me.

Hi

SAP provides some help in the form of Latest Patches/code corrections for certain Erros/problems/corrections in the SAP Applications.

When you get an error in a Application processing, if you feel that it is from system, then you can search for the related Note in SAPhelp.com with the relavent error description.

Sap suggests the cause for that error and gives the correction by way opf a patch/code corrections etc.

As a developer you have to apply them or to act as per the notes suggestion.
