T-code "SNOTE", then you dowload your note and apply then.
This is the cleaner way.
Sometimes, changes can't be done in an automatic way, so you'll have to add manually modifications.
Hope this helps,

Check the Note number in Services.sap.com
and Download the same note through SNOTE. After Downloading click on Implement the Note.

hi.....
first of all you can apply oss notes manually......
or else go to transaction snote and then download the required not.
go to menu note-> implement note-> download it and then implement it ...if ther are any prerequisite notes then that are dispalyed automatically...
you will have to implement all the prerequisite notes if required

hi check this....
Goto transaction SNOTE.
Now select the menu option Goto->Note Browser.
Now give the OSS note number and execute.
If it is implemented in the system, it will give you the details.
Otherwise, it will inform "Unable to find SAP Note that meets specific criteria".

Hi.
Have you tried searching for this topic? There are a number of very good search engines in the web and there is an SDN search, too. If there are any questions left after searching please ask specific about these. Basic questions that show that no search was done beforehand might get deleted in the future.
Best regards,
