Dear Experts,

I just took a look at that note and it indeed requires a few manual steps to be executed before the correction instructions can be automatically applied through SNOTE. Just follow the step by step description and make sure that all prerequisites are met. That should do it,

If the note doesn't specifically say that you have to take manual actions before or after the implementation you should be able to implement the note without problems through SNOTE. Check the note description for any manual actions.

Hope that helps,

Michael

Thanks Michael for your quick responce. Do you think until step 9 it has to be done manually?

All the pre requisite notes are already implemented.

I am assuming untill step 9 and step11, it has to be done manually and only step 10 is implemented using SNOTE.

Could you please explain me, what are the things that cannot be done through SNOTE ?

Can new DDIC structures, add new attributes to the classes, creating new methods and changing the existing parameters of the methods are created using SNOTE?

Thanks,

Rajesh.

SNOTE became much more powerful over the years and you can now now implement a lot more objects through SNOTE than before. However eventually it depends on how the developer creating the note is generating the correction instructions and which objects he includes in that generation. There also are still a few things you can't generate through SNOTE yet.

Anyway for this note only step 10 can be done through SNOTE - all other steps are manual steps.

Michael

?

Michael posted his answer on May 29th, yours was posted on June 1st, so who is the copy cat here?

Or what is the intention of your post, Manas?

Thomas

P.S. your relation to user IDs "prub123" and "deephcl" should be investigated anyway, imho
