Organizational Structure Reporting problem

Hi, I'm having problem developing an organizational structure report

As we know every position in SAP is drawn as one box in the structure.

Such as:

Manager -> Staff A

-> Staff B

-> Staff C

-> Staff D

How do I do the reporting if I want to show the report to show only one position since staff A-D have basically the same job. So the report should shows.

Manager -> Staff
