organisation assignment

hi,

I am new to abap HR .I want to maintain the ogranisation assignment for a new employee.

I defined and assigned the personnel area/subarea and employee group/subgroup in spro.

when I want to enter the employee subgroup i am getting the error as

No entry in T001P for personnel area HBGB

where HBGB is the personnel area i created and i want to assign the employee subgroup M to that

employee.

what are the extra setting should I do in spro. could anyone solve this error.

You have to maintain the values in view V_T001P from SM30.
