If some one changes org structure values,is it possible for us to trace out...(any report or error log)

One way to find the change in org structure value is :

Goto pp01

Select the corresponding object type : May be org unit or position:

Give the corresponding object id:

Select Infotype Name

Click on display

In the next screen click on Change Information.

It can be traced using SUIM tcode

Here we go

SUIM->Change Documents->For Roles->Select the role name->Check mark the organizational level value in change documents

Output of this would be the changes made to the Org values.
