Will order confirmation IDOC ORDRSP updates PO or Sales order in receiving system?

No it will not, it is a confirmation message. You would need to use a ORDERS05 IDoc with the message type ORDCHG.

Will order confirmation IDOC ORDRSP updates PO or Sales order in receiving system?
