Optimising ABAP Objects

Dear All,

We are running on R/3 4.6C and I want to take one workshop for my collegues on how to optimise the ABAP objects.

Are there any standard material available for this or are there any steps involved which shuld be taken care while developing the ABAP objects.

Please guide me on this.
