Hi,

Is there any SQL like editor for writing ,compiling and executing open SQL queries in ABAP?

Hi

You can see many informations on st05 transaction. Select the option ENTER SQL STATEMENT and puts you sql code into the editor, then click on explain.

At se30 transaction, you can compare performance of sql codes.
