In an onsite, offsite and offshore development process whether an offshore member used to coordinate with the onsite member.Whether it is a mandatory process.Can u explain process of coordination between the members of offshore,offsite and onsite members in detail.

Yes they do co-ordinate with each other...if you have an onsite-offshore model in that project..

Onsite person designs the tech specs from Func spec with the help of functional consultant at onsite and then send to offshore...

offshore will code that..they contact through mails..phone calls..sametime chat..
