Objects and attachment in Workitem Workflow

Hi Experts,

I have a query that for user, workitem is being received with below attachment as shown in Pic1. The user wants to review before approving it on clicking on the objects and attachement (highlighted in Pic 1) .  User wants the screen to be shown like in snapshot 2 on clicking it but it takes to the logon screen.

Please suggest me .

Hi,

I think that you have uploaded twice the same picture.

Also, there is Workflow subspace here in SCN. You will probably receive more help there. Maybe some moderator can move there your question.
