Note didn't resolve ITS_UNDEFINED_NAT_FUNCTION error -- need help!

Greetings!

One of our clients is getting an "ITS_UNDEFINED_NAT_FUNCTION" error. The note that should resolve this error is 1115979. Our latest service pack upgrade already contains the package that contains this note. But we're still getting the error. I searched SAP notes with the error, but the only note I found that addresses it is 1115979 -- the one we already have implemented with our latest service pack upgrade. I searched the forums and did find another thread that talked about this error, but in that case it appeared to be solved by this same note.

I don't know what else to try to determine why this error is still occurring. Perhaps something is not activated? I don't know. Any help you can provide is GREATLY appreciated. <REMOVED BY MODERATOR - REQUEST OR OFFER POINTS ARE FORBIDDEN>
