Not receiving Email from SAP program

Hello Experts,

I am sending FI payments logs via email using the Std FM :SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1 followed by a submit as: SUBMIT rsconn01 WITH mode = 'INT' AND RETURN.

I am not receiving the email to my outlook whereas other people are receiving the emails.

My email id is listed in all the shared mailboxes.etc.

In SOST i see my email successfully sent when i turn ON transmitted check box.

I took help from Basis team and the tech help desk also but its not working.

Can anyone please suggest?

If you see it as sent in SOST, then I guess it has left the system. Did you also check the logs?

Is any mail being sent out ok from the system and received by a recipient? To your address or to other addresses?

Did it end up in your spam folder or junk mail?

Next step would be to start investigating at the different servers on the way... To which server does your SAP system send the mail? Talk to the people handling that server. Is it being sent on from there? Then take it one step at a time...

Yeah, sorry I missed the "but other people are receiving the emails".

In transaction SCOT you can see the mail server for the SMTP node.

So if it works for other users sent in the same way but not for you... And Basis says that everything is fine on SAP side, they should be able to point you to the next place where you should investigate, which would be the mail server I suppose. (The one in SCOT).

Do other people receive the email sent by the same SAP system?

Did you test the simple scenario with SO00 to send an email manually without ABAP program?

Hello,

Yes..as i mentioned I am not receiving the emails BUT OTHER people are receiving the emails.

Its NOT in SPAM/JUNK.

To which server does your SAP system send the mail? How do i find out? I spoke to Basis & they said everything is fine on SAP side.
