Hi All,
I have installed Eclipse 3.7.2 by following the post from Prasanna -
http://scn.sap.com/community/abap/eclipse/blog/2012/07/16/installing-abap-in-eclipse
Got some errors during the final stages where we import files downloaded from service market place but got it resolved as per the replies by Gregor against a similar issue. As he suggested I have imported P2F files and the installation didnt had any issue.
Not sure what is missed. When I open Eclipse and create project I dont see the ABAP Folder in th list.
Can anyone suggest what is wrong or how to correct the issue.
Appreciate early response.
Thanks in Advance.
Note - Attached the screenshot for reference.

Greg,
Not sure how do you do that.
Services in the SICF are active, SAP GUI is 7.30 and SNC part for the Logon Pad item is also done.

Dear Mayank,
in Eclipse choos Window -> Open Perspective -> Other ... When AiE is correctly installed you should find ABAP there.
Best regards
Gregor

Guess what Greg..I have re-installed the AiE and its working..:-) looks like I missed that last time.
Now I know how to do this and let me try this on 4.2 as well, I have seen a comment that it works on that version too.
So finally I can say it was a nice weekend..and was worth spending time on this.
Thanks a lot bud.
