could you go a bit more in detail? What types of objects would you like to change? Do you want to migrate a system or do you only want to move reports and ABAP objects from a non-unicode system to a unicode system?
If you only ask for transports from non-unicode to unicode, than you could just do a normal transport. But you should activate unicode checks also in your non-unicode system to prevent syntax errors in you unicode system.

Do you want to activate unicode compatibility of some ABAP objects on a non-unicode system. once unicode checks were done and adjusted the syntaxes use the parameter abap/unicode_check in instance profiles
