No data could be selected

Hi All,

I am ´creating cost centre master data using LSMW IDOC.I am able to do everything.In the Idoc Overview it is giving me the information like No data could be selected.In the IDOC overiew step there are no errors.But the data is not updated to the database. What will be the problem

Can anybody please give me the solution for this.

Hi Swapna,

The problem is becaue u have not maintained the Idoc Inbound Processing settings.

In LSMW -> Settings -> Idoc Inbound Processing.

U need to maintain the File port, Partner type and partner no. without which u may not be able to process the Idoc or BAPI in LSMW.

Also after u create the Partner no. u need to assign the Message Type of the Idoc to the Partner no. (T-code - WE20) in the Inbound parameters.

After doing this settings in the LSMW only u will be able to proceed further with the Idoc creation and Idoc processing.

Hi,

I hope u r maitaining the inbound parameters for the Message type and the Process code.

May i know the process code u gave?

For Cost centre master data i have given the Process code as 'COSM'.
