new page format

Hi all,

I created a new page format of size 297MMX210MM .Also created a format type with the same name.Copied the device type SWIN and added the new format created .Now the smartform that i created(using the new page) is all right in the print preview but the printer is printing only the A4 area . What could be the reason ?The printer i am using is dot matrix(EPSON LQ 2170)

Hi Misha,

Could you please explain how did you resolve the issue. I am facing similar problem in taking printout on Dot Matrix
