New company code assignment

Hi all,

I assigned one company code(0100) to PErsonnel area(1000).then i hired tghe employees,but now business want to change the company code 0100 to 9999.Then I assign the new company code in Assignments to the same personnel area(1000).After assignment i check the Employee masted data in PA30,its showing the old company code only.I need new company code.
