New ABAP Debugger

I'm playing in the new debugger, and while I have access to some tools, some like the diff tool and the data explorer don't seem to be available. Is there a particular SP or note that needs to be installed to have these available? Or is there a PDF with instructions on using the new tool that I could read through.

Thank-you very much for the documentation - exactly what I was looking for. Answers my question - since we don't have 2004s the newer tools aren't available yet. I don't suppose they are available in a backward compatible OSS note?
