I am using the new debugger and the watchpoints tab does not

appear in my breakpoints tool.

How do I get it?

watchpoints tab is under the first level tab "Break./Watchpoint". Do you see this tab?

watchpoints tab is under the first level tab "Break./Watchpoint". Do you see this tab?
