Need to execute Selection Screen Parameter with time specfic

If the user declares paramater as default and didnt change the value for specfic time the report shd automatically execute and basic list must be shown

This can be done easily by scheduling a job or using work flow.First define a variable and store the time in a variable. After u run the program

trigger the work flow after some period of time if the condition fails.
