Need to Avoid picking past data by deactivating&activating change pointers

Hi,

My question is related to activating and deactivating change pointers COND_A for pricing.

Iam new to ALE IDOC.

My change pointer has already been activated 2 months back but RBDMIDCO was not schdeuled

so now if I run RBDMIDOC all the past data will be picked and will be executed and IDOCs will be generated.

I dont want all those past data to be picked, i want only fresh data from today.

So if I deactivate change pointer today and then activate it again will i get only todays data.

If no then how can I avoid all those data?

I dont want IDOCS to be generated with 2 months old data. I want Idocs to be generated with

fresh data i.e from today.

Please help?

Thanks

Ajay

Maybe using program RBDCPCLR to delete change pointers you don't want to use?
