Need T-code for authorization Plant

I want to create order but I have a problem which is I need access for authorization on planning plant.

So I need the T-code for this authorization as I being told by Solv to request the T-code through Service Catalog.

Hopefully, you can help me find the T-code.

In Su53 Tcode you can find the missing authorizations.
