Hi,
I have requirement like i want to put restrictions for an employee when he tries to encash leaves.
1. Employee can apply only once in calendar year
2.Employee can apply up to a maximum of 50% of last year's balance.
How to proceed with the above points, like how can we know that emplyee already applied for leave encashment & from i wil get the employee leave balances ??

PA0005 HR Master Record: Infotype 0005
PA0074 HR Master Record: Infotype 0074
PA0083 HR Master Record: Infotype 0083

You can get Employee leave balances and leave encashment details from
PA0416 and PA2006 tables.
