HI,

i have table of employee free days but in hours and i have to accountant it to days but to take care in percent of job (if emp 100% job or 50% or...) how i can do that?

1. no. hours by 9 = u can get days.

total = freedays+ work days.

% = work days /total days *100.

if suppose total working are 100 dyas.

if emp free days are 10.

so, total work days are 100-10 = 90.

% of emp job is = 90/100*100.

= 90%
