Can anybody help me where is the field Controlling Area (KOKRS) when you open the transaction PA30 ?

There isn't...it is an attribute related to costcenter and company code, and so inherited by these objects.

Check out the module pool of Infotype 0001.

(SE51 -> Program - MP000100 -> Dynpro - 2000).

Hi,

Tcode PA30 is for employee details display.

The display is controlled by the infotype number and the subtype entered on the screen.

What you want to do with KOKRS field there.?

Whenever there is a change in HR Master Data I have called a report program in BADI 'HRBAS00INFTY' which fetches the details from the two views BIW_CSLA and BIW_CSLT . I need restrict the data based on the controlling area (KOKRS)field.

I hope you understood my requirement.

i think in PA30,in organizational management you wll be having control area.

It's simple to check out that field KOKRS doesn't exists in HR Infotype 0001.

Just open an SE12, view structure P0001 and you will see that there is not KOKRS in here.

If the HR module is integrated with the PD-OM module, you will see that Controlling Area value is inherited by the Cost Center related to the position occupied by the personnel number involved.

If not, the Controlling Area is inherited by the field Company Code (BUKRS).
