You can track the form and the print program used for that form using NACE

Also you can assign your own form to a standard print program using NACE

NACE is the transaction code where you can maintain the output types for the applications...
In Nace in the output types you can give the program and sapscript form which is used for printing the corresponding document

here we assign the print program for the output type...
in application EF(orders) output type NEU the program name is MEDRUK this is standard one if you want to give u r own program u can give.
