Hello Folks-
Is there a t-code I can use to monitor and/or track all the documents posted by user? If so, what is that transaction code?
Thanks!

All kinds of documents or just particular ones (like FI)?

Transaction FB03. Press 'list documents' and under the dynamic selections, you can specify a userid.
You're not using much of an index, so it may take a while.

Hi,
Please check program RFBABL00 perhaps it may help.

Thank you Ferry-
What t-code do I use to access that? I used SE16 and it said that it was not in the dictionary.
THanks!

Thank you Rob,
I thought that might be an option but when I select List and then dynamic selections, I get an error message: Specify another selection criteria. Message no. F5 013. New one for me.
Any other ideas or do you know why I am getting this error?
Thhanks!

Well, you have to enter some other criteria like posting date first.
But you also might check the program suggested by Ferry. It may be more appropriate to your needs.

Hi,
You can use transaction SE38 or SA38 to run the report.
Or go to transaction FB04 -> Environment -> Multiple Display.

Thank you Ferry-
Maybe I wasn't clear, I want to see by user, the activity or SAP Accounting document numbers they posted on a given day. I have a cash application group I want to monitor their performance. The manager needs a report that shows by users how many documents with document numbers they posted, etc on a given day.
Thanks!

I don't know if there is such a beast, but it wouldn't be hard to write.

Thanks Rob but I was hoping it wouldn't be that difficult.
BTW- why or what was removed by the moderator? First time that has happened to me. I don't think I wrote anything inappropriate???

Forum rules prevent the offering of points or the demanding of them, so the moderators will go in and remove any text which asks for or offers points.
Blag's on patrol!
