what is that icon in between the two input fields and how I can get that icon ?

Please use a more specific title; isn't it more about "how to display an icon in module pool programming" ? Did you search the web first ? (just read the first answers, and if you're in trouble then tell us what you don't understand)

you can see all the icon in table ICON. go to SE11 and find the one you need.
