when the GR is created is there any way to inform the users that Goods receipt is done and he can go for the further process.

e.g. by sending a mail

or by using user exit can we develop some thing like a pop up window to send a information message.

Can you short explain. Perhaps there is some workflow.

GR means as per the flow PR and PO is created and as soon as the goods are received goods receipt is done but it should be informed automatically to the concerned person using mail or a pop up window .

this can be done by using the workflow.

we can send a mail to the assigned agent(user) after this activity (GR creation), and automatically as soon as the GR is created the person will be notified through mail in his SAP office mail box..or we can send it to his personal mail box also.
