Missing tcode in area menu (SE43)

Hi,

I used SE43 to create a "report tree" of customized reports. In the development system, I can see that the a tcode "Y_ABC_99000099" is created. A transport was created for this "report tree"

But on transporting to production, we found that the tcode (Y_ABC_99000099) is missing and as a result, the customized report cannot be executed.

I tried using SE93 to "manually" create a transport for Y_ABC_99000099 and transport to production and while the transport is successful, when I tried to look for it in SE93, there's an error "Transaction code Y_ABC_99000099 has not been created".

Has anyone encountered similar problem? How was it resolved?
