Missing Fields in IDoc SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT202

Hi everyone,

I am using IDoc type "SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT202" and BAPI "BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2" to create Sales Orders.

It is working fine but there are some missing fields in Item Segment (E1BPSDITM / E1BPSDITM1).

The following fields are found in the BAPI Item Structure BAPISDITM but are nowhere to be found in the IDoc:

CALC_MOTIVE                                             Accounting Indicator

COMPREAS                                                  Abbreviation for Complaints Reason

FUND                                                             Fund

FUNDS_CTR                                                Funds Center

CMMT_ITEM                                                  Commitment Item

I'm using PI to create the IDoc and I want to use the standard IDoc and BAPI and avoid creating any specific Z versions.

Is there a SAP Note to correct the problem? What is the solution to include these fields in the IDoc?

I've looked in other questions and SAP Notes but I did not really find anything standard.

Are your fields not available in IDOC Definition or those are only missing in a generated IDOCs?

If it's missing on the generated IDOC, then it may be like as there is no contents in that field, hence its not showing up.. But if you add any contents to that field, then it will again start showing up

Using the BAPI "BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2" for creating sales order only you must enter at least sales order header data (via ORDER_HEADER_IN structure) and Document Partner/ partner data (via the ORDER_PARTNERS table) as input parameters.

Rest if not available then also no issues.

Dear Sylvain Ayotte,

Check for the enhancements option in the Idoc processing function module.Using some customer exit it is possible to enhance certain fields for the IDOC.
