Mini SAP install problem:Can't create parent node

Hello,

when install mini sap,while the task is running ,I am getting the following error message(phase List:Install Common system files).

CJS-30129 Creating node $ (DIR_TRANS) with type DIRECTORY failed.Original exception text was:syslib.filesystem.nodeCreationFailed:Unable to create node
Jaheer\sapmnt\ with type DIRECTORY:

Can't create parent node".

please help me to solve this problem.

This occurs mainly because of Anti virus software installed in your PC.

Anti Virus Software doesn't allow to modify some system files, but those are need to be modified by installation. Remove the anti virus software and try to install again by choosing the continue old installation

As Rahul mentioned disalbe any anti virus software and also you shoul log on to windows with a user with admin previleges.

Thanks for the reply, I have checked the thread.

I'm logging in as the administrator and I don't have any anti virus software installed. I also have the firewall turned off.
