Dear Experts,
I have one requirement to Upload and Save the Client Documents in MIME Repository.
I have written the code in my Development Client (200) and i am able to upload documents into MIME Repository.
When i execute the same code in Testing Client (400), it does not allow me to upload the documents to MIME.
It gives me the below error.
"Changes to Repository objects are not permitted in this client".
In Tcode = SCC4, the settings for Client 400 in "Cross Client Object Changes" tab is set as "2 - No Changes to Repository objects".
I dont want to disturb this settings, but want to upload the documents into MIME.
Can you please let me know how can i achieve this?
Thanks a ton,
Praveen

The message is rather straighforward. So either you will decide to do this manually (considering the security aspects), first changing the client settings to Changes without automatic recroding in SCC4 or do it via program [upload image to MIME repository|;.
You could of course create a transport for these MIME objects. Simply right click on it and choose Other Functions -> Write Transport Entry .

Hi Marcin,
Thanks for the reply.
I am still not able to upload images into MIME Repository in Client 400.
In SCC4, i have the below settings for Client 200 and 400.
For Client 200, my settings for "Changes and Trasports for Client Specific Objects " tab is set as "Automatic recording of changes".
For Client 400, my settings for "Changes and Trasports for Client Specific Objects " tab is set as "Changes w/o automatic recording, no transports allowed".
My program works fine in Client 200, but it fails to work in 400 as it give the below error.
"Changes to Repository objects are not permitted in this client"
I dont want to disturb the above settings in SCC4 for these Clients.
Is there any other way to achieve my requirement?
Thanks a lot,
Praveen

Dear Experts,
I have solved this query at my end only.
I have one more query with MIME repository.
When we import any new objects into MIME repository, then into which tables does all its details and data get saved?
I want to know the table level details of the MIME repository.
Thanks,
Praveen
