Hi experts i am using customer screen exit MEREQ001

in ME51 to trap some customer fields.I have defined the fields

in screen editor.

When i actually access ME51 and click on save,i get message

'No data changed'

I tried putting break-point in PAI and PBO

of 111 screen and functiongroup XM02 but debugger

doesnot get stuck there.

What extra i need to do ?

Hi Aditya,

Please do the checks

(1) Is the user exit active

go to SMOD -> MEREQ001 -> TEST/Execute

if the icons shown against the exit is red -> exit is inactive -> activate it first

(2) Basically MEREQ001 is a customer exit where we can create screens in 111 and it will show up in additional tab...Click on "documentation" in smod for MEREQ001 and check the documentation if this exit serves your purpose

We can do the validations in exits provided in MEREQ001 itself...Also check to activate the screen and it's corresponding flow logic....
