hi,

I am having difficulty to view some of the t-code in SAP menu like for example t-code, Trip from FI or HR . If i assign it to the user at the testing phase and I can't view it in menu. what could be the problem? Please help Points will be awarded.

Hi, assigning the tcode to the role menu will result in the tcode showing in the user menu - not necessarily the SAP menu. So, if the user clicks on the user menu button after logging on, they'll see the hierarchy exactly how their roles specify. The SAP menu isn't influenced by the role menu.
