Hi Madan,

Whatever entry is there in the menu, every menu item has a specific function code associated with it. If u select the technically complete in the menu, there will be function code associated with it and it will be recorded in ur BDC.

When u run the transaction and start recording it, during processing the transactionm, u can select the menu items and perform the desired action.

Hope it helps.

Regards,

Himanshu
